"From prehistory to the present, theirs was a love for the ages. It starts with a fight in a cave over an elusive green jewel . . . and then travels over time and lives to include Egyptian slaves, Greek temples, Massachusetts witch trials, Civil War battlefields, Paris on the eve of World War II, America in the 1960s . . . and a pair of modern-day teenagers. For readers who believe that love is stronger than time or death, this is an unforgettable novel from a wonderful storyteller."
For all my readers I highly suggest this novel. You wont want to put it down from the second you open the book. Its an amazing story about two people who travel through centuries. They end up in different parts of the world, they switch sexes, they love other people, and yet they find each other one way or another. It really makes you think. How wonderful would that be?? That's truly every girls dream. I couldn't help but smile the whole way until the end. What I like about it is that its not only one long story. You have two main characters, but they are so many different people. In the end you read tons of little stories that all connect by these two people. You also learn about history. It has many of the major events from history all over the world. It has slavery, Egyptian times, world war 2 and much more. I don't want to tell you to much, Id like for you to explore it on your own. I will tell that the chapter called Athens, Greece is absolutely my favorite. It was such a touching story, but don't take my word for it! Go out and read!! =)
Always live in Love...
P.S. - Hey Mrs. Stoklosa!! I used a vocab word =)
